Therapeutic Effect of Astemizole-D in Allergic Rhinitis

Abstract
|

|
|
Thirty patients with anergic rhinitis were treated. with astemizole-D for 2 weeks. Astemizole-D is a combination of astemizole 10 mg and pseudoephedrine 240 mg. The overall treatment effects were 83.3% (excellent : 40%, good : 43.3%). And total symptom scores after treatment showed significant improvement. Mild fatigue was .observed in 4 cases as side effect.
